Taking Up Space

An empowering, body-inclusive yoga workshop centered around reconnecting with your body, challenging the messages that tell us to shrink, and celebrating ourselves exactly as we are. We'll begin with a short conversation about body image, belonging and our experiences in movement and wellness spaces, followed by accessible, choice-centered yoga flow designed to help you feel strong, capable and unapologetic about taking up space. We'll finish with grounding, rest and self-compassion.
