About the event
Join RYT and Educator, Heidi Nehring, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, to explore redefining relationship with Spirit, through meditation and community connection. In these sessions we explore the obstacles and barriers that may hinder us from having a greater connection with Spirit or Source. All faiths and practices are encouraged to attend as we walk through an exploration of what separates and what binds. Let us ask what it means to find common ground and to love one another.
Session flow: greeting, intention/ sankalpa, space holding/ discussion, opening to guidance in the process. Props, tea and kindness provided. Pay-as-you-wish when signing up.
Pre-registration via Mindbody is encouraged. Exchange is sliding-scale!
